Juniors get visitors from Irish school.

The Gibraltar Hockey welcomes visiting team from Ireland. A mini tournament was played out on Saturday 27th October, which saw local youth players face the Irish visitors. This was one of many visits which hockey expects to recieve in the coming season as it continues to promot the sport through the youth ranks. With Gibraltar attracting many UK schools due to the language, climate and facilities, hockey benefits as local players get an added variety of competition from abroad.
Finals of hockey5s saw Falcons play against Lagan (Irish team) to a result of 4-5 for the visitors and 9-a-side finals beinjg played by Hawks vs Lagan with a triumphant Hawks winning 1-0.
