MEMBERSHIP DISCLAIMER

By accepting these terms and conditions I agree to abide by the clauses and codes of behaviour that are contained in the Gibraltar Hockey (GH) Constitution.  This constitution can be viewed at here.

1. Release and Indemnity: In consideration of the Club accepting my application for membership I, to the extent permitted by law:
   1. release and will release the Hockey Organisations from all Claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from, or in connection with, my membership and/or participation in any Hockey Activities; and
   2. indemnify and will keep indemnified the Hockey Organisations in respect of any Claim by any person arising as a result of, or in connection with, my membership and/or participation in any Hockey Activities.
2. I will be bound by and agree to comply with the constitutions, regulations and policies of the Club and Assoc.
3. I acknowledge that I am exposed to certain risks and that accidents can happen which may result in me being injured, or my property being damaged.
4. I declare that I am medically and physically fit and able to participate in any Hockey Activities. I will immediately notify the Club of any change to my medical condition, fitness or ability to participate.

PRIVACY COLLECTION STATEMENT

This information may be stored in part or in full on the Gibraltar Hockey website stored securely by the website host Clubbuzz Ltd and may be used by the club, or Hockey Gibraltar. Any personal information provided will only be used in accordance with the objects and purposes of GH, GH general business and in relation to Clubbuzz. If the requested personal information is not provided, you may not be able to receive the benefits of registration with the Clubbuzz system. Individuals will be able to access their personal information through GH website upon reasonable notice. PLAYER DECLARATION

I hereby agree to abide by the rules of Gibraltar Hockey. I declare I am not a member of any other club or affiliated association involving the nominated sport. I further agree to release Gibraltar Hockey and any of its office bearers, agents or representatives from any and all liability for any loss or damage, including consequential loss, which may arise in respect of, or incidental to its operations, including without limiting the foregoing, any liability arising from any negligent act or omission of Gibraltar Hockey or its representatives, or any personal or property injury caused by the participation in any event organised by Gibraltar Hockey, a club or its representatives or whilst using the facilities of Gibraltar Hockey.

PUBLICITY

I agree that my and/or my child’s photograph and/or audiovisual recording may be taken and used by Gibraltar Hockey in, newspapers, newsletters, for publicity purposes such as brochures/flyers or electronic media eg. Gibraltar Hockey website, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google. I agree for their full name to be published.
