Schedule:
Friday 6th January
18:00 - Meet and Greet @ the Boat House, Bayside Sports Centre
18:15-20:15 - Basic Goalkeeping principles - Stance - Moving - Kicking.
20:15 - onwards (optional!) Drinks @ The Ship.
Saturday 7th January
10:00-12:00 - Advanced Goalkeeping principles - Pad Saves - Corners of Goals - Defending Backline.
15:00-17:00 - GMG to deliver integrating GK session with GHA Girls u16. Particular focus on Integrating GK into small sided games.
Sunday 8th January
10:30-12:30 - GMG to deliver session with GHA mens squad.
15:00-17:00 - Penalty Corner defence.
Please make sure you are kitted appropriately (warm/ training clothes) and have a stick with you. A device to record video is also recommended as is a writing pad and pen.
